Professional Background and Education:

Bernhard advises individual clients on their personal insurance portfolio, in particular health and
life insurance, and is a qualified pension fund manager. He manages all key accounts for the
L. W. Schenk GmbH & Co.KG. Furthermore, Bernhard successfully completed the insurance
risk management certificate program with Inconstrag Corporation and is a qualified risk assessor.

Bernhard holds a B.A. degree and has been with the LWS Group since 1968. His loyalty
is a great asset to the firm as he maintains and manages many of the client relationships
that were developed over the past 30 years.
