Professional Background and Education:

Michael Beyer distinguishes himself by having held positions as Managing Director with successful international organizations. He obtained his graduate degree in Process Engineering at the Technical University of Munich. Following his studies, Michael completed a Systems Engineering Training Program in the US, and became actively involved in this field as a Systems Engineer and Project Lead. In this capacity, he was responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes, as well as for implementing key quality management systems.

Gaining process engineering expertise in the US, Michael then moved on to Europe where he held positions of Sales Director, Profit Center Lead, Regional Executive, General Manager and finally Executive Officer for an international conglomerate. Creating and successfully establishing new business segments Michael received internationally recognized awards.

Subsequently, Michael was appointed to Chief Executive Officer for an international mechanical engineering company in the USA. In this role, he was entirely responsible for the American market, managing three production plants at different locations, the national distribution network, and a workforce of 750 employees, with which he was able to generate a new sales volume of $ 150 million US dollars.
