Professional Background and Education:
Stephan has more than 17 years of consulting
experience. In the early 90's after German reunification, he helped East
German companies adopt Western standards (management strategies, processes
and technologies) ensuring that these companies can compete in a global
economy. Returning to the U.S., Stephan held the position of CEO for a real
estate development holding company and successfully managed a multi-million
dollar undertaking of high-rise condominium developments and joint venture
partnerships related to such projects. He presently is consultant to U.S.
and international real estate and equity investors. He also is advisor to
our major clients regarding their marketing and sales strategies and establishing
distribution networks in North and South America and acts as Operations
Manager for a Miami-based law firm.
Stephan attended the School of Entrepreneurial
Studies at Babson College in Massachusetts, received his B.A. in Business
Administration degree at the University of South Florida and continued his
education at Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, where he obtained
his J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree in 1992. He joined the LWS Group shortly
after graduating from law school focusing on risk management consulting.
Stephan completed the Risk Management Certificate program with Swiss-based
Inconstrag Corporation. He is a licensed REALTOR in Florida and admitted
to the BAR in Georgia.
